This vintage Jomaz (aka Mazer) figural tiger pin is a "Book Piece" from page 219 of Marcia Brown's "Rhinestone Jewelry Figurals, Animals, and Whimsicals." He is a super cute tiger with a pave rhinestone muzzle and a tiny red rhinestone tongue. The tiger stripes are enameled in black. The eyes are also enameled and a rhinestone was added to give them sparkle. The tiger is three dimensional with details.
Condition: It is in overall good vintage condition with some metal wear visible on its eyebrows and on its right whiskers as seen in the photographs. Please review all photographs carefully, as they are an important part of the description.
Marks: "JOMAZ" Estimated date is from the 1960s. These small Jomaz figurals are very popular - similar size/designs, such as a Jomaz lion and dog, are featured in vintage jewelry collecting books.
