Antique English Porcelain Compote c.1850 Hand Painted Floral Comport

The decoration on this compote is entirely hand painted. There are different mixed bouquets on the top, undersides and base with a single specimen at the center. The colors are rich and the gilding is plentiful. The impasto gold around the floral motifs adds further interest to an already pretty piece. This luscious pink was known as Madame du Barry pink. The mark on the base refers the London china retailer, A.B. & R.P. Daniell of 18 Wigmore St and 129 New Bond Street. There is no other mark, but I feel this piece was likely made by Coalport. The compote is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. There is light wear to the gilding at the rim. Otherwise, little to no visible wear. Measurements are approximately 9.25" diameter, 4.5" tall.
