French Zinc & Brass Utensil Rack with Utensils c.1920 Vintage Kitchen

As a fan of old zinc I adore this piece. This utensil rack is quite possibly French. Some would call this tin, but it's actually zinc. One of the great things about zinc is that it does not rust. Think of a zinc top table. The hanging bar and decorative studs are brass. The ladle, skimmer and fork are black iron and brass and look like they may be blacksmith made. I don't know if they are original, but they look great hanging on the rack. Overall condition is excellent, no damage. The back is strengthened with a thin wood backing painted black. The board has warped a bit at the bottom, but not enough to affect hanging. Measurements are 13.5" x 19". It will extend about 3" from the wall. This would also be great used for towels, soaps, sponges.
