old Swiss Miss Doll 10" tall with long blonde hair-cloth and clay construction
Here is a pretty old doll that is made to resemble a Swiss lady. This doll measures 10" tall, 11" on her wood base. She has long blonde braided hair that is a stitched wig. The hands, feet and shoes are made of clay and her legs and lower torso is stitched fabric. Her arms are made of cord that can be posed. This doll is from the 1940's or 1950's. Her dress is a floral pattern and the blue is faded, she still displays well. She has on a white slip and underpants. This gal has a chip on her right hand. There are no maker's marks on her. This Swiss Miss displays well and would be an inexpensive addition to your doll collection.
