c1840s Bavarian Creche Woman Beautifully Detailed All Original

Sculpted shoulder head of adult woman with finely rendered facial features and expression, brown sculpted hair with woven braid coronet, painted downcast brown eyes, closed mouth with solemn expression, elegantly shaped face, firmly stuffed cloth body and upper arms, painted metal hands, carved wooden legs.

Condition: Excellent with little to no wear to the creche figure itself; silk apron frail.

Germany, mid-19th century with very beautiful expression, finely sculpted coiffure, posable arms, wearing fine original Bavarian folklore costume, and posed on original painted wooden stand. 11" Tall.
