Jules Steiner Bebe French Doll Body 11" Original Finish Label

French composition body with jointing at shoulders and hips, straight wrists.

Body measures 10-3/4" tall from center front neck opening to toes. The neck socket measures 1-1/4" across.

The torso has the Steiner stamp with a doll holding a French flag, which reads "Le Petit Parisien Bebe J. Steiner // marque deposee // MEDAILLE D'OR // PARIS // 1889.

The body is in near mint condition with its original finish and the only flaw I find is a reinforcement to the middle finger of the left hand on the inside palm side.

Gorgeous marked J. Steiner body in wonderful condition.
