Nippon Chocolate Pot Porcelain with Maple Leaf

Here is a beautiful vintage Nippon chocolate pot in porcelain with gold trim. It is ornate and has a maple leaf symbol and hand painted on the base. The chocolate pot has a bit of gold missing from the handle. The base of the pot is white but the outside of the pot has turned creamy with age. This chocolate pot dates between 1911 and 1916. The condition is excellent with no chips or cracks.

The chocolate pot weighs 1 pound and 6 ounces. It measures 9 1/2 inches high and 6 1/2 inches from the spout to the handle.
