Antique Victorian Black Frame

This is a really nice picture of one of my ex-father-in-laws. Wasn't he a stern-looking guy? Can't you just hear him saying, "You're such a loser, all you deal in is old furniture! Can't you afford some new furniture?" So now I'm selling this frame with his picture in it, ha ha! Seriously, though, this is a great Victorian-age gesso carved frame that has had some damage that has been touched up, and that has a picture of some old guy in it, probably from the 1880s. As I'm walking around this frame, the guy's eyes seem to be following me, so I want to hurry up and sell it! Just imagine if there were a mirror in this frame. It would look gorgeous. It appears to have the original paint, with gold highlights all through the carving. It's a nice, old, honest Victorian-age frame. The overall size is 25 inches wide, and 30 inches high. The opening from left to right is 16 inches wide, and 20 inches high. It has no glass, just the picture, and that picture is worth a thousand words. I should have been a comedian!
