English Silver Vinaigrette by William Phillips Birmingham 1832-1833

A lovely English sterling silver vinaigrette hallmarked for William Phillips, Birmingham, 1832-1833, with an engine-turned foliate design and rectangular cartouche monogrammed 'F.G.A.' on the top, a fern leaf design on the bottom and gilt interior.

The vinaigrette measures 1 1/8" long by 3/4" deep and is in very good undamaged condition. There are no dents, dings or repairs. It is hallmarked on both the inside of the lid and the bottom.
