Vintage Art Deco Sterling Silver Pipe WIth Racing Horse and Jockey

Vintage Art Deco Sterling Silver Pipe WIth Racing Horse and Jockey. Dating from the Art Deco ear of the 1920's and marked Sterling and Silversmith on the bottom of the bowl. The bowl appears to be briar but I am not sure.

The pipe has been well used. There are teeth marks on the mouth piece of the stem. The sterling has tarnish in some areas and some scratching. Not bad for a pipe of this age. Probably needs a good cleaning inside the bowl and stem.

The sterling silver work shows a jockey on a racing horse on both sides. The horses tail is blowing from the the horse galloping and the jockey is crouched to make it to the finish line.

Great collectible for tobacco lovers, pipe lovers, and just people who smoke pipes.
