I'm not kidding. It's the most flattering, comfortable and cool dress you'll ever own. I worn this dress constantly during the summers of the 80's and I would still be wearing it if I still fit into it.
It's not that small, I can still squeeze into it, but look like 10lbs of potatoes in a 5lb sack.
If you're the athletic or thin type that wears skimpy sun dress with sports bras, this is the perfect dress for you.
It is a stone washed denim color with variations in color. The fabric is medium weight, very sturdy, no holes, no tears, no loose seams, it was made to last. There is a bit if fraying on the shoulder straps, mentioned for accuracy, still looks fabulous with at least 3 more decades of wear in it.
The cut and design, Shelly Segal, Laundry, sheer perfection. The proportions, a masterpiece! As you can see, it sets off any jewelry you could wear, necklaces really stand out!
Bust 36" Waist 37" Hips 40", It's an A-Line shift. My model has a bust of 35" and it is 36" long from shoulder to hem.
I did embroider a few, pale daisies on it, tone on tone. What can I say? I grew up in the 60's, just be glad I didn't tie dye it.
