These are old, usually called celluloid, sometimes called feather weight, and often compared to the frosting on a wedding cake. They are from the 1920's, pre bakelite era.
The sweater guard is a real find! I think they were earrings and in the 50's, someone turned them into a sweater guard. The clamper bracelet is studded with rhinestones, it is 1" wide and 2 1/4" by 2" across the inside, so it will fit a small to medium wrist.
The articulated hoops are quite rare! Total drop of 2 1/4", they are delicate, light weight and strong enough to last another 90 years.
The guard has a total length of 5 1/2" with a faux pearl chain.
A fabulous vintage set in excellent condition, no chips, cracks or discoloration. Beautiful!
