Vintage 40's Deco Compact, MOP
Another find from my vanity drawer! I did have some other things in there besides medals and cigarette lighters!
There is no puff or mirror, but you can always replace the mirror, or put a picture in it and use it as a wallet. Very pretty etching on the inside powder door!
Made in the USA, a few finish spots on the back, measuring 2 3/4" square with a great geometric, mother of pearl top. Both black and white pieces are mother of pearl! No damage at all to the mother of pearl, ignore dust, please, I try to ignore it everyday...
