The stone is carved art glass in a deep carnelian color. Open back, bezel setting, with two prongs, the leafy branches arch around the sides to form the prongs.
The ring is around a size 7 and easily sized. The stone show a little wear on the edges, but the Centurion looks crisp and clean. Pardon the dust!
It is larger than most of the rings of this type, measuring a full 3/4" in diameter and standing 1/2" off the finger.
