Extensive research indicates that this Blue Scale set is from the Worcester factory. See Goddens Encylopaedia of marks page 692 4312A showing various painters marks. Some Experts may disagree however we are listing as such. A few factories in England tried to copy this work and it is sometimes very difficult to be certain so we will leave that up to Experts. Purchased in England during the 1950's from a private party and being deaccessioned from my collections. Decorated with hand painted Birds and Floral panels surrounded by gilt on what is described as Blue Scale.
