Antique Chinese Cizhou Type Cat Pillow
Wonderful whimsical figure of a cat in the form of a Chinese pillow. This item is Antique and the photos show all of the minor [ considering age ] conditions of the cat. This type of stoneware using underglaze decoration was started during the Song dynasty [ 960 - 1279 ] in China. Difficult to put an exact date on this pottery. It [ the cat ] has an interesting expression which indicates it might be hunting. ?? For the collector .
