French Wool Beret "Mignon" For Your Favorite Large Doll
"Mignon" in French means "darling" in English. Wouldn't your big Jumeau or Steiner look great in this French beret? I could build a whole sailor outfit around it! Made from a fine white wool, it is trimmed with grosgrain ribbons. The ribbon is stamped in gold "Mignon". It has never been used. The paper used to stuff the hat (so that it kept it's shape) is shredding. See makers label and original French size tag.
Size: 47. That would be 47 centimeters or approximately 18" head circumference (with hair).
Condition: Overall excellent. Very minor age related soil or wear.
