1800's Mason's Blacking Shoe Polish Box Black Americana
Original late 1800's wooden display case for MASON'S CHALLENGE BLACKING Shoe Polish. It held three dozen of #4 polish. Finger joint construction the box is very sturdy. Lithographed paper label on front of box is 98% complete and in great condition. The label on the inside of the top is 99% complete and other then some bubbles is in excellent condition. The colors on both labels are bright and vibrant. The lid is warped as seen in the photo. Box has staining on top and both ends. Size: 11-1/2" x 8" x 5" high. Comes with 4 bottles of Mason's blacking as shown in photo. The boxes have wear and the bottles are not full.
