Nearly 3” antique doll in original chauffeur costume. Great condition, jointed at his neck and arms and legs. Nicely strung too. Missing a few glass bead buttons off his uniform but otherwise great condition. These have been labeled as French which they are not. I also bought a few nude ones from a museum collection and the are clearly stamped Germany on their backs. They were made in Germany and dressed in France and sold as French dolls. Original costumes are of a wide variety and usually good quality. This costume is hard to find. Questions? Please ask. I can ship this by first class but only if it is insured.
