Open Rose Amber Carnival Bowl – Imperial

For your consideration is an Amber Carnival glass bowl in the Open Rose pattern and made by Imperial Glass. The bowl dates from the early 1900's. The interior of the bowl consists of high relief roses and rose buds against a stippled background. The exterior of the bowl is done in panels of roses and flowers also against a stippled background.

The diameter of the bowl is 6 & ¾ inches. The base foot diameter is 3inches and the bowl is 3 inches deep.

The mold work in the pattern is very good with crisp, bold raised flowers and uniform stippling in the background. The iridescent quality of the bowl is excellent – I have include some photos taken against a black background to illustrate this.

The condition of the bowl is excellent with NO chips, dings, cracks, fleabites or repairs. There is NO surface or utensil wear to the bowl. The packed shipping weight of the bowl is 2 lb.

Insurance and Delivery Confirmation are included in all shipping charges for USA buyers. Please note that if your zip-code is closer than the one I use for estimating shipping costs you will be refunded the difference.
