Art Deco Amethyst, Crystal Rhinestone Brooch
This 1930's era pin has all of the Art Deco style geometric elements. The center stone, cut glass, is dark grey/purple, 11/16" X 1". Contrasting with the dark stone are 3 bright 1/8" round rhinestones above and below, and 6 stones right and left, forming points. The end elements are bent up, to avoid snagging. The pin is 1" high, and 1 3/4" long. It has a safety pin closure, in pot metal, and the piece is not marked.
