In the 80's, we opened a line of new age jewelry by Holly Yashi of Arcata, Northern California. They specialized in a new metal called Niobium, but they also came out with a limited addition sterling silver selection combined with a touch of Niobium. That was then. This style is no longer offered. This is a great collectible as well as a great attention getter. Great design. A touch of Native American and crafts movement style. The dangle earrings are centered around a hammered round silver disc domed with pierced designs giving the feel of Native American. Wire wrapping and hammered feather style dangles add to the mystic. Note that the two wire wrappings vary, one with more wraps and one showing the blue Niobium a bit more than the other. This is how they were created. The ear backs are stamped sterling and the earrings test sterling silver. Two dangles appear to be black Niobium or black patina silver. The others are sterling. Black onyx beads are also incorporated. These look so good when worn with the dangles shimmering movement. This pair of earrings are hand signed with a hand engraver! The earrings test positive for sterling silver. The earrings measure 1 in. wide with a 2 in. dangle. I would think one would be hard pressed to find another pair, unless you purchased Holly Yashi in the mid 80's. The earwires have been cleaned and sterilized.
As usual satisfaction is guaranteed.
