Vintage German Bisque Elf/Pixie Musicians 6 figures
These Elfs are part of the snowbabies series of miniature bisques, no chips no cracks. The faces are great all the features are there. They all have pointed hats and are playing various instruments the trumpet is a bright yellow. The other instruments are painted in brown.
The bright red is painted on after firing. There is some red paint loss which seems to be normal for these figures. These have very little paint loss: The banjo player, The flute player, the violinist. The sax player and conductor have a little more loss and the trumpet player has the most. None of the loss is detracting. They are 2 3/4" to 3" tall. You usually find singles of this series in it nice to have an orchestra..
