Flouncy skirt in 3 layers: outer layer of red tulle ruffles, mid layer of

tulle and inner layer red taffeta.

Pleated taffeta straps and cummerbund.

Beautiful bow in back with long tails.

Side metal zipper and 2 hook and eyes closure system.
