Vintage Sterling, Black Onyx and Marcasite Bar Pin
We recently acquired this classic bar pin from a Virginia estate and are offering it for your consideration. It is made of sterling silver and is marked accordingly on the back (see photo). The center has a bezel-set rectangular piece of polished black onyx and the side arms of the pin are set with 6 tiny faceted marcasites each for a total of 12 stones. The pin mechanism is hinged and slips into a "c" type clasp. The piece is in good used condition.
