Vintage Large Brass School Bell

This beauty is a real classic with a lot of great character.

The bell itself is made of rich, oxidized brass which is beautifully complemented the dark wooden handle.

A sizeable, heavy cast-iron clapper gives the bell a great, powerful ring.

As you can see, the bell is minimally ornamented with only a single line etched above the rim.

The handle has been masterfully hand-turned and lacquered to a dark, rich finish.

Both the handle and bell show some expected wear and areas of oxidization which give the piece a beautiful aged look.

Overall, it remains in good vintage condition. This would make a really charming ornament to any vintage-inspired décor or collection.
