Lovely Jennings Brothers Bronze Finished Horse Figurine

We are thrilled to offer this gorgeous bronze finished horse figurine from world-renowned casting-company, Jennings Brothers.

The horse is rendered in lush details and boasts a high degree of depth and dimension.

The figure is given added depth by a wonderfully rich patina.

We wouldn't dream of removing the patina as it adds so much sensational character and intensity to the piece.

This bronze tone beauty is depicted with a classic English saddle and bridle. This is a rarely seen detail in horse figurines from the era.

As you can see, this little horse has a sensuously emotive face.

Right down to his hooves, tail, and musculature, the level of realism and detail is absolutely remarkable.

You will find a cast-in maker's mark on the figure's belly which reads "B".

Typically, you will find a mark reading "JB", though the original "J" mark is extremely faded and isn't showing in the pictures very well, but it is there.

The figurine exhibits a few light seams leftover from casting, as well as some very minor flea-bite scratches here and there.

Overall, the piece remains in very good vintage condition.
