OOAK Davison High Quality Convertible Citrine, Garnet & Marcasite Necklace and Bracelet Set

The big, bold citrine beads are 3/4" in diameter. This strand was purchased years ago and I have yet to find another one.

When I bought the strand, I kept it for a long time and thought "what am I going to do with these beautiful beads?" It was a very spendy strand so I didn't want to waste it until I had the inspiration for the right necklace.

Because the citrine beads are big, they couldn't be made into any necklace that was small or compact, so I expanded the design to be a long, alternating bead, garnet and sterling chain to feature the citrine without it being overwhelming.

Beyond the materials, there is a lot of hand wire wrapping in this piece and many hours of love in the work. it was an inspiration creation with no definite end; it just "became" itself.

The detachable adornment changes the necklace from a classic strand to a more fun, funky piece so it can change with the mood of the wearer.

These substantial orbs of citrine are paired with exquisite blood red African garnet beads, each of which are wire wrapped and strung on a sterling silver chain.

Remarkably versatile, this can be worn as a strand necklace, but looks equally great with the extra dangle accessory attached.

The detachable dangling add-on piece is made from the same citrine and garnet beads, and a marcasite cross is also hanging from the clasp. A simple sterling lobster claw clasp allows this piece to be easily removed and reattached.

The bracelet matches the necklace. Simple sterling rings are nestled between every bead, while a stunning sterling toggle provides a secure fit and dazzling visual appeal.

This is a big, bold necklace that gets lots of attention. The rich colors and smooth textures of the necklace along with the big citrine balls and smaller garnet make this a really stand-out piece.

I have worn this piece and every single time, I get comments and compliments. The contrast of the garnets against the citrine work really well together.
