Vintage 40's Black Wool Bow Hat
This beauty is meant to worn far back on the crown of the head. Picture Rita Hayworth hair, a sleek tailored dress and this baby: perfection.
Our favorite part of this sweet cap is the great big bow on the back. It adds just the ideal finishing touch.
The hat remains unlined as most high-quality woolen hats don’t require a lining. The underside of the crown features the original maker’s tag which reads “Christine Original, Park Ave., New York”.
There is a thin black grosgrain ribbon lining the interior band; a small tag reading “22” is attached to it.
