Very Vintage Larger Heart Double Photo Locket 14K Gold Filled and Chased

The heart is a nice size at 1-1/2" from the top of the bale to the bottom of the heart. It weighs a respectable 10.2 grams.

The bale matches the necklace beautifully and features a stamp on its reverse which includes a diamond shaped hallmark and the letters "G.F." which, of course, indicates that the locket is gold-filled.

The locket is hung from a 14K gleaming gold filled chain. The chain is new. The gold clasp and jump rings are also 14K gold filled.

On the interior of the heart locket is an engraved hallmark that reads 1/20 12K GF.

Small frames in the interior reservoirs will allow you to insert your loved one's photos on each side without damaging the locket.

Though there is some minor darkening and some expected wear, this is a darling locket and a sweet sentiment for your favorite sweetheart.

These classic heart lockets look so classic on the neck. They will never go out of style.
