Funky 1960's Beehive Hat in Black and Tan

The hat is made of luxurious black wool and has a high, voluminous crown.

A medium-width brim gives the hat an almost cloche-like looks and folds under at the edge, giving it a fun bubble-look.

A narrow ribbon of black grosgrain wraps around the outer-band of the hat and terminates in the front with a sweet, square bow.

It's the shimmering ecru velvet details on the front of the hat that really draw the eye. As you can see, two triangular shapes are attached to the front of the hat with stylish dark top-stitching.

You will find that the hat remains unlined as it is often unnecessary to include a lining in fur hats of such exceptional quality.

The inner-band is lined with a black grosgrain ribbon. This is where you will find the original designer's fabric label which reads "Be An Angel". The pinked edges of the tag are just a bit frayed.

While this hat shows only the slightest amount of age and wear, it remains in outstanding condition overall.
