OOAK Custom and Lampwork Beads, Amethyst, Sugalite Sterling Bracelet

Made entirely silver components, it features a unique mix of sterling silver, Bali silver, a gorgeous custom clasp with a twisted rope design, sugalite, and a fabulous rose and mauve palette of art glass and lampwork beads.

We have seen sugalite spelled as sugilite, sugelite, but, at any rate, it is pronounced Suge-A-Lite. It is a rare stone discovered in 1944 in Japan.

Each bead is different. Some have bumps that play on the fingers, while some feature a highly texturized exterior. Still others boast dots of 18 karat gold applied to the surface. The lampwork center bead boasts a mesmerizing, marbled interior.

The matte, frosty beads with the 18K gold detail are artist made. The artist retired and we purchased the end of her stock. They are not to be found again.

The complex beads are custom made that have great detail, color, and depth.
