Offered for sale is a rare tin food mold that has a couple of interesting talking points. It is signed but so far I can't read the signature. I believe it to be "France" but I'm not certain. I'd venture a guess it is circa 1920. There is definitely a no. 453 stamped within the design and one could easily miss it. The mold measures approx. 8.25" by 3" and, other than the usual surface aging, it is in very good condition with no dents, tears, or repairs. I personally have a collection of these tin molds in my kitchen as decorations. I love their effect and have added a picture to the examples. I have never personally seen this one before which is why I say it is rare. I ran out of room for anymore long ago. All of mine are signed and are usually European. Collecting molds is fun and there are all types to choose from.
