You can't beat this cookbook for genuine southern recipes and a creative bent on those. Each weighs 2 1/2 lbs. and the set is in very good condition due to use and age, and are excellent condition in the case of the other six volumes. Collecting cookbooks is fun especially in an age that appears to be into gourmet cooking more than before.
