Oval, its center is engraved of a sumptuous cartridge delicately and finely chiselled with initials in tracery. Harmonious,its weight is heavy but balanced and ensures use very enjoyable. This tray, very large, easily gives room for teapot, coffeepot,samovar, sugar bowl and several cups... The guilloche over a large area, requires a lot of skill and labor, which adds to the value of this beautiful tray , Napoleon III style. The handles, generous, are tied in tracery. -Micro-scratch from use. No bump or blow. Some small indentations on the handle. Beautiful piece in excellent condition.
