Oriental Pair of Ivory Scissors Early 19th Century

Presenting a pair of Oriental Ivory Scissors which would have been made in the early 19th century . The scissors have a pair of winged birds and the scissors holes are oval and pointed shaped. There is appropriate wear to the scissors but no excessive damage. A pair of scissors like this is shown in the Shire Album titled "Needlework Tools" by Eleanor Johnson on page 26. The scissors measures just over 4" in length and have good cutting ability.
