Sterling Combination Thimble and Needle Holder
It looks a a bullet but it really serves a dual purpose. This is a handy sewing tool. It is a thimble and a needle case in one cylindrical case. It is marked Sterling but does not have a maker's mark. It is plain and someone found it a handy tool because it shows evidence of wear. While showing wear, it is in very good condition. It is 2" long.
