This 20th century trade sign has great form, especially the saw-tooth ends and serpentine top edge.
The single-side copy reads "Mahatango Hereford Farms" alongside a large Hereford cow head. Mahatango, PA has a rich history. The copy and image are in white against the naturally aged wood.
The sign measures 44" wide by 15" tall and a hefty 1 1/2" thick.
The condition is good with some minor paint loss. The iron rings were used to hang the sign.
A nice look for trade sign enthusiasts.
