Vintage 1940's gold-tone rose and clear rhinestone necklace with matching pin. Necklace is composed of 5 roses riveted to a stamped leaf base. A clear rhinestone centers each rose. The chain ends in a foldover clasp which closes securely. The necklace is pictured In Maryanne Dolan's "Collecting Rhinestone Jewelry" on page 147.
The wreath/circle style pin is constructed of the same roses as the necklace. It has a safety catch that is in good working order. Necklace measures 16" long and the pin is 1 3/4" in diameter. Both pieces are unsigned, in excellent condition with no wear to the gold tone, and all rhinestones are bright and clear.
