Hand Painted Porcelain Heart Shaped Plate Floral with Birds
This hand painted, heart shaped, porcelain plate has a raised acanthus leaf border painted light blue. The center is decorated with two blue birds perched in a rose bush. There is no mark on the back but I have another plate done by the same person (bought at the same estate sale) that has '70 on the back, leading me to believe these plates were painted in 1970. There is no artist signature. This plate was probably done by a home crafter. Plate measures approximately 7 1/4" across. No chips, cracks or crazing.
