ca. 1940's Floral Swing Dress with Jacket

This is a delicious 1940's dress and jacket set with the original belt. I believe the fabric is a rayon or a rayon blend. It has a smooth silky texture and is very drapey. The Velvet trim is also rayon. The peplum of the jacket is interlined giving it a stiff shape of its own. The base color is a dark gray and the ditsy flowers are pink, yellow, green, and white.

Condition: Very Good. The only flaws I can find is that there is glue visible on the rhinestone broach and a small (1/4") slice in the fabric on the back of the jacket.
