Oriental Nepalese Symbolic Buddhist Mandala Tibetan Silver 'Copper Coin' Necklace Pendant.
This piece has been best described visually, by means of group photography which forms a major part of its description.
It is a symbolic love token of Mandala and has been produced by hand using Tibetan silver set with coral & turquoise and a central Nepalese copper `coin.' A soldered loop of silver provides for a cord or a chain attachment, for this piece is intended to suspend around the neck and to rest upon the sternum and close to the wearers heart.
It is one of many Northern Asian vintage artefacts currently available here from my shop and each is Mongolian, Bhutanese, Tibetan or Nepalese of origin and date from the first quarter of the 20th century.
I do not interfere with items of antiquity and so this piece has not received any modern-day polishing or abrasives or any attempt to clean, save for light dusting with a soft brush, and though this piece would polish-up like a dream, it retains its true vintage condition throughout for your collection.
