Bohemia has for long been famed for its opulent glass, and the Czechoslovakian glassmakers embraced Art Deco during the 1920s & 1930s to produce bold striking perfume bottles of outstanding design which still remain popular to collectors of today.
Here we can see as to why.
This bottle has an amazing presence together with quality and style. It has been produced from a beautiful yellow crystal which has been wheel-cut by hand to give a sparkling clarity throughout.
The depth of yellow colour, is far more superior than my photographs could capture, which again I apologise for. You certainly will not be disappointed with this piece...
The stopper alone is an impressive 7.5 inches (19cms) high and its starburst & sword styling is a magnificent triumph of period Art Deco glass design, and the condition of this piece is next to MINT.
Only the dauber is missing which is a common acceptance and so it is not a detraction.
The reverse of the stopper is flat and highly polished as so too is the base of the bottle, which is a sure sign of excellent quality.
This is a Classy Glass perfume bottle indeed and is "a must-have" for your collection, particularly at this ridiculously low 'give-away' price.
