Stunning 1980's Black and Red Drop Waist Knit Dress Made By J. S. S.

Here is a beautifully made knit dress similar to the quality of St. John knits. This dress is a basic black knit with brilliant cardinal red knit used for all the trim work. The drop waist dress is accented at the bottom with a small flounce skirt, giving the dress a sophisticated youthful appearance. There is a faux red knit button panel on the front with six marvelous buttons ......each button done in gold plate with black enamel with a floral cutout resembling a pansy. There are faux horizontal pockets on the upper bodice of the dress.....one on each side. These red knit pocket trims each have a button detail. The round neckline has a nice red knit trim and just above the skirt, there is, also, another knit band. The sleeves are long and the wrists are finished with red knit banding. There is an invisible nylon zipper closing at the back of the garment. The dress is not lined and does have shoulderpads. This knit dress is not only incredibly comfortable, but, also, incredibly chic with it's simple lines and bold color contrast! Condition: Excellent

There are no visible issues with this dress and it shows little, if any, signs of wear.
