1980's Hanae Mori Silk Butterfly Scarf

Hanae Mori's signature motif is the butterfly and this beautiful silk scarf is a fine example of her trademark design. There are four large butterflies on the scarf and the colors are WOW!!! Brilliant pinks, reds, soft dove gray with splashes of purple and yellow!!! And to top it all off----the scarf is made of the finest silk with lovely hand rolled hems. An extraordinary scarf by one of Japan's finest designers.

Condition: Excellent The colors are not faded---very vibrant. There are no stains. There is one very small hole (almost as if the previous owner might have briefly caught the edge of one corner on something) which is not noticeable unless you really look for it. The scarf almost looks unworn. This item has not been professionally cleaned.
