JASMINE – Creamy freshwater cultured pearls and Swarovski Cosmic Crystals. 14 Kt Gold Clasp

The freshwater pearls are separated by pearlized seed beads to protect them from rubbing against one another.

The Swarovski Cosmic crystals are 15 mm in circumference or about ½ inch. They are the lovely Swarovski golden shadow color.

The necklace is 22 inches long at the longest of the three strand section. All of the metal in the necklace is 14 Kt gold except for the maker’s mark and the French wire used at the clasp to prevent wear. French wire used for this purpose is always gold-filled (or sterling silver) because solid gold is too soft. You can see in the close-up photo of the tag and maker’s mark that there is a 14 kt gold mark on the clasp and ring.
