American sterling silver Indian Totem Pole souvenir spoon by Joseph Mayer of Seattle Washington. The spoon bears the old Mayer Fleur-di-lis mark used before 1900 and has an engraved scene of Valdez Alaska in the gilt bowl. We have another spoon with a slightly later Mayer Brothers mark and another with Ketchikan Alaska Engraved in the bowl ans embossed on the back of the handle.
Each of these attractive and highly collectible spoons is 5" long and weighs 22 grams.
The excellent original condition and clear, crisp detail, with no monograms, removals, repairs or alterations, make this an especially attractive offering.
The soft, warm, original antique finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing.
