Antique purse Victorian era black jet

This is a lovely little purse from the Victorian era.... Oh how large a woman's purse has become! This purse is black in color and is beaded with black jet. There is a black jet fringe on the bottom. The purse is in fine condition and is silk lined. The handle, however is shot and needs a a replacement handle. This could be silk ribbon or perhaps even a narrow jet trim on a ribbon. Just some ideas. The body of the purse is excellent with no loose beads.
