Vintage 40s sun hat tilt w horsehair braid w velvet
This is a lovely hat vintage 1940s. It is a sun hat with a rear tilt band. The hat is fashioned of horsehair braid with raffia straw designs throughout. The hat is trimmed with velvet ribbon and edge. The condition is very good; Hat needs a gentle steaming to reshape. Brim measures 15" across. Inside head opening measures 22" around. Tilt band is present.
