Asian Chinese Painting of Lady on Rice Paper Mid 1800s

This is a painting on rice paper from the mid 1800s. It is a beautiful lady in a rose color robe and carries a fan. This is under glass with an oil cloth binding in white. The picture has a light blue ribbon matting around the edge.

The frame is 6 1/4" wide and 9" long. The figure is 5" tall. The back of the frame has a label reading A. Miller Picture Frames Inc., 401 Madison Ave., New York. It looks like the picture was framed in the early 1900s.

There is a hole in the painting on the lower part of the robe and continues onto the rice paper. It is about 1/2" in size. There is foxing on the background.

I have a second picture of a young man that I have listed separately as someone might only want one picture, or they could purchase the two. Both figures look like royalty. I am showing a picture of the two together so you can see how these were a pair
